After defeating Ecuador in round 32 of FIFA World Cup, México played against England tonight with the game ending in a loss. 3 - 2. In Louisville, KY thousands crowded into 4th St Live as they watched México give everything they had to try and win with the support being felt and heard for miles.
.From 1998 to 2022 there had always been 32 teams competing but this year things have changed with FIFA extended the amount of teams to 48 in an attempt to continue promoting global inclusion. México defeated South Africa (2-0) on June 11th, they defeated South Korea (1-0) June 18th, they defeated Czechia (3-0), Ecuador June 30th (3-0) and last night England upsetting México with a final score of (3-2).
The game began sharply at 9pm with thousands of team México fans screaming “México! México!” as they came out onto the field. At 9:35pm Inglaterra scored the first goal but soon after at 9:42pm, México returned with its first goal as the crowd continued to shout “sí se puede! sí se puede!” which translates to, yes you can!!! The battle continued and penalty after penalty, México closed the gap by 1 bringing the score to 2-3 with England in the lead.

Despite a hard fight and consistent effort from team México, they couldn't quite close the gap and the game ended with England as the victor 3-2. At one point there was such a close goal which would have brought the score to a tie. Many fans stayed around to continue listening to music brought by Mariachi Sensación and many pictures as well.
