Norton West Louisville Hospital officially opened its doors on November 11th, 2024 and now on December 11th 2024, Nicole Hayden, of Friends with Nicole, sits down with chief administrative officer, Corenza Townsend for an exclusive interview. 

In the interview you can learn a lot of the behind the scenes information that took place since the ribbon was cut on the 8th of  November. Corenza Townsend spoke on how the team, the patients, the community are walking in their 'Why'. She spoke about how the service, the art, the family oriented customer service creates an atmosphere she and her team are consistently proud of.
